These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Numestor mobile app (the “app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Numestor for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app stores from which you obtained it.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Don't cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt matches, or interfere with the game's servers or other players.
• Don't choose nicknames that are offensive, abusive, infringing, or impersonate others.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where permitted by law.

Advertising

The app is free and may display third-party advertisements (Google AdMob). Your use of ad-related features is also subject to the advertising provider's terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
